Barry Miller was the Managing Director of Shirley Trust Company, until 2003,
when he stepped down to pursue further business interests in Panama.
He remains a member of the Board of Directors of Shirley Trust Company,
although he is no longer actively involved in the management of the
Company.
Education:
Mr. Miller graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York with
a B.S. in 1963; and from the Catholic University of America School of Law, Washington D.C.
with a J.D. in 1969. He was Notes Editor of the Catholic University Law Review
from 1968-1969.
Mr. Miller has been admitted to practice in
the State of New York, 1970; Massachusetts, 1971; Missouri, 1973; Michigan, 1975. Due
to nationality restrictions in Panama, he is not able to be admitted to practice in
Panama. Associate,
