Ernesto Shirley

Education: Ernesto Shirley graduated from the University of Panama, School of Law  with an LL.B. in 1994.  He was admitted to practice in Panama in the same year.

Membership:  He is a member of the Panama Bar Association.

Languages: Spanish and English.
