Company Profile

Shirley Trust Company Limited was formed by Luis Shirley, managing partner of Shirley & Associates, for the purpose of expanding its offshore services into the British Virgin Islands.  Barry Miller, J.D.  was instrumental in establishing the offices in Tortola, although he is now working in Panama, independently of Shirley & Associates. 

Our trust company offers the incorporation and administration of IBC's, estate planning and asset protection, as well as catering to those interested in mutual funds and offshore investments. 

We not only offer personal asset protection services, but also cater to commercial clients.  We pride ourselves in recognising and appreciating the business consequences of the advice we give.     

Luis Shirley has over 30 years experience in company and commercial law.  He also has considerable experience in Asset Protection and Estate Planning as a lawyer working in Panama.
